1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LiveNearer at livenearer.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What LiveNearer Does

LiveNearer is a free web tool that helps users identify suburbs based on commute zones and liveability scores. It uses publicly available mapping and geographic data to generate results. All scoring and output is indicative only and intended as a starting point for your own research.

3. No Warranty on Results

LiveNearer makes no guarantee that suburb scores, commute times, transport data or liveability rankings are accurate, complete or current. Results should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any housing, rental or financial decision.

Transit times and suburb boundaries are approximations. Always verify with your local transport authority, real estate agent or other professional sources before making decisions.

4. No Professional Advice

Nothing on LiveNearer constitutes real estate, financial, legal or professional advice. Use of the tool does not create any advisory relationship between you and LiveNearer.

5. Third Party Links and Advertisers

LiveNearer displays links to third party websites including property listing sites, affiliate partners and advertisers. These links are provided for convenience only. LiveNearer is not responsible for the content, accuracy or practices of any third party site. Some links may be affiliate links through Commission Factory, meaning LiveNearer may earn a commission if you make a purchase after clicking. This does not affect the price you pay.

6. Intellectual Property

The LiveNearer name, logo, design and code are the property of the site operator. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any part of LiveNearer without permission. Underlying map data is provided by Mapbox and OpenStreetMap contributors under their respective licences.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from LiveNearer
Use the service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when using the service

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveNearer and its operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service or any results generated by it.

9. Privacy

LiveNearer does not require account creation and does not store personal data on its servers. Addresses entered into the tool are processed client-side and sent to mapping APIs solely to generate results. Please refer to the Mapbox privacy policy for how mapping requests are handled.

10. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of LiveNearer after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
